How to Be Better at Landing Clients (and dates 😉)
💋 Dating: From the Match to the Date
💬 So you match, you chat... things are looking good, but you didn't come here for a pen pal right and as it's turning into endless chat, you want to get to that in person date right? But you're too shy to be the one to ask if they want to meet for a drink and vibe check in reality, so you're waiting for them to ask.
👋🏼 Business: Same same in the DMs
💬 Same same for when a prospect drops in your DMs and comments, or asks you a question and you go back and forth chit-chatting away. What you're desiring is to get them on a discovery call, but you're shying away from asking and waiting for them to ask *crickets*.
Solution to both?
💋 Dating: Tell them you'd like to hear more about xyz(that fun thing you were chatting about) in person and Invite them for a drink.
👋🏼 Biz: Tell them you'd love to hear more about their issues/ visions and invite them to jump on a coffee/ disco call with you.
👉🏼 Reminder: What have you got to loose? Nothing.
🤷🏻♀️ Worst case: You'll be where you are now, you just know that you tried.
🥂 Best case: You have an amazing first date or fantastic discovery call and a potential new person in your life or dream client in your business who can't wait to work with you.
