The Unconventional Journey From Coach to VA Agency Owner
So much has changed this year, I started this year with such a focus on growing my VA Agency and also trying to sustain a coaching business at the same time.
Marketing two difference business, in two different ways across various platforms was exhausting.
Add to that trying to have a life, a team and a podcast…
No wonder the edges were fraying, no wonder there was so much resistance.
But that resistance was showing up in an unexpected area of my business… in coaching 😳
So I gave up Coaching.
Well, less dramatically, I gave up marketing my coaching.
No more long term 1:1 clients, I wrapped up and finished their contracts and decided I'm only going to offer intensives - if folks ask for them, so yup… zero marketing.
I felt ALL kinds of ways about this, because in an industry where everything around us is telling us to grow, expand, scale… what happens when actually you want to do less more effectively?
And basically pull back?
What were my mind gremlins saying? SO many things 😅
Did I feel like I'd failed?
Well in this beautiful, vulnerable episode of Soulpreneur Scaling Stories, Andrea asked me ALL about it.
She left no stone unturned and I get way more honest about it than I thought I would! 🫣🤭
So queue it up and have a listen to what happens when you walk away from something successful and what made me choose this change in my journey?
