Why am I having a mini celebration dance for you right now?

Because if you're curious to open this it means you're thinking about, or are ready to start outsourcing!

That deserves a happy dance. I’m so thrilled for you and I know it’s exciting, yet daunting right? So, to make this a successful step for you, there are many things to do, but the first thing you're going to want to think about are these three keys things;

1. Get a contract

it will not only protect you and the person you hire, but also your clients, your reputation and your integrity can't be messed with. It's worth every penny. Stuck on where to find an associate agreement? I rate this Associate Contract Bundle, but do your research too.

2. How do you do what you do?

Like really, when you on-board a client, what's the process? When you work with them, what and how do you do what you do? Start documenting it like it's your sacred playbook and try recording Loom videos - we call these bad boy guides SOPs (standard operating procedures). Systemise and streamline these things - rinse and repeat.

3. A happy team member = happy clients and a happy YOU.

So think about how to take care, mentor and support this team member. Regular calls? Allowing time for work to be checked in advance of deadlines? Remembering their birthday? Really think it all out.

I hope this helps you to feel a little less overwhelmed about where to start when you’re thinking of outsourcing or hiring, I know I'd be lost without my team now. I motivate, appreciate and keep them accountable, but I also spent a great deal of time thinking about the kind of boss and leader I always wanted in my working life and strive to be that for them.

What kind of leader will you be in your business? If you need help figuring out the best way to outsource, or hire that first team member, I’d love to connect and help you through this transition - might be finally time to book that intensive you’ve been meaning to so I can help you create a strategy to make that a reality?
