Our minimum retainer for Private PA support is 10 hours per month — a starting point that works well for clients who want core tasks handled consistently. Most clients grow from there as they discover what is possible and when their mental load starts to lift. Many combine personal and business support with one or two VAs working in tandem.
Everything we do is covered underneath one monthly retainer fee, there are no search costs. No surprises, just consistent, flexible and trusted support — and a partnership that feels calm, efficient and deeply supportive.
