You get on-demand lifestyle support from a highly experienced team of vetted, insured and confidential VAs, who can’t wait to support you.

Minimum base package of 10 hours to start, additional hours can be added on anytime.

All hours must be utilised within eight weeks.

The Process

You book your first 10 hours of support,

You’ll immediately gain access to all the bright, brilliant and highly experienced Lifestyle support team of VAs inside Slack.

Drop your task or your ask and watch it get picked up and ticked off quickly.

 

Please note: small tasks are actioned within 24 hours or less, turnaround times for larger tasks differ i.e booking and planning a trip.

 

Price

Minimum initial base package of 10 hours is £450 + VAT.

Additional top up hours can be purchased anytime in blocks of 2 hours at £90 + VAT per 2 hour block.

All additional top up blocks have an 8 week expiry time.

FAQs

  • A: No, you do not receive a dedicated Lifestyle VA with the 'on-demand' service.

    You have access to the whole Lifestyle support team instead.

    Whoever is available to pick up the task will take care of it for you.

    Dedicated VA's are available under the Lifestyle or Business retainer services, starting at £400 + VAT per month, you can find out more here

  • A: As often as you like. If you top up frequently, eventually it may be more beneficial to explore our retainer services.

  • A: When you sign up for the base package, you will receive an email with all the details allowing you to self book and select additional hours anytime you need

  • A: Calls are not included in the on-demand service, unless the VA picking up your task feels it more efficient or necessary to speak to you to clarify details, or handle a time sensitive task

  • A: No, we do not traditionally provide support outside of Monday - Friday, unless specifically requested beforehand and confirmed in advance.

    Out of hours services will incur additional charges of twice the hourly rate.
