Am I Making The Most of My Virtual Assistant?

"Mel, am I under utilising my VA? What else can she do for me?" 

I loved this question from a client recently, after on-boarding the client the month before, they're getting into their groove with having a VA support them in their business, but I noticed this nervousness around the ask.

Within a few minutes of telling the client that besides her business admin, we can also do personal tasks too, they looked so relieved, and I thought this might be a beautiful reminder that there's no silly ask when it comes to what your VA can do.

They'll always tell you what's within their skills and scope and what isn't, all you need to do is ask and you may end up finding out what other things you can hand over.
