I’m Mel, a multi-passionate VA Agency Owner & Profitable Offer Strategist for bold and ambitious VA’s and Service Providers. My mission is to empower and teach women how to reclaim time and financial freedom so they can work less and thrive more, through 1:1 Coaching, Intensives and Programs
I love lifting women up and giving them the strategies, support and confidence to create a big juicy, joyful life, without burnout, where they’re safe to embrace who they are and attract soulmate clients who adore them, because I believe when we put wealth in the hands of more women and they thrive, we ALL do better.
My business started the way most stories do - I had a major health scare and I hit burnout in my music industry job - I was fed up and I wasn’t going anywhere in my role. I took a sabbatical and ran away to Bali in search of answers, an endless sunshine and a tan (hello cliche!).
Half way through the trip, I quit my job on a video call from a rice field in Bali. It’s hands down, the best thing I ever did.
My business began three years ago from cafes in Saigon, Sydney, Singapore and Bali, and it flourished faster than I imagined and I’ve never felt more aligned with anything like I do with my work now.
Everything I’ve done before has led me here, and as an ex-music industry and branding exec who comes from 15 years in a male dominated industry, I truly know how underestimated yet incredible women can be. That’s why I’ve created a space in the online community where women can come just as they are, learn, grow and flourish and hit the kind of milestones they’ve always dreamed of.
…Because what I know for sure is that when women thrive, we ALL do better. My life’s mission is to help 1000 women start their businesses.
